1.Take a break every 20 minutes
2.Look at a non-digital object at least 20 feet away
3.Focus on that object for 20 seconds
5.Don’t forget to blink often!
6.Consider computer glasses or reflective lenses
7.Get a comprehensive, periodic eye exam
